Mycoten vaginal tablets and Mycoten vaginal cream are very effective in the treatment of viganal candidisis accociated with pregnancy but should be prescribed with caution during the first trimester.
Note: the vaginal tablet is preferred during pregnancy since it can be inserted without applicator

Mycoten contains the synthetic fungicidal broad spectrum antifungal agent, Clotrimazole chemically identified as Bisphenyl-(2-chlorophenyl)-1-imidazolymethane
