Pilorem-HCT is used to treat hypertension in adults whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled on the dual combination of telmisartan-amlodipine.

Contra-Indication:
Do not use in patients with anuria, hypersensitivity to other sulfonamide-derived drugs, or hypersensitivity to any component of this product. Do not coadminister aliskiren with Exforge HCT in patients with diabetes
Drug interaction:
aliskiren, lithium, drugs that may increase the level of potassium in the blood (such as sparsentan, ACE inhibitors including benazepril/lisinopril, birth control pills containing drospirenone).
