Clexane 40 MG Injection is an anticoagulant medicine that is used to prevent leg blood clots. Warfarin and it are combined to treat blood clots. The coagulation factors that cause blood clotting are rendered inactive by this medication. Children under the age of 18 are not advised to use it.
